Szrek2Solutions received patent for Protecting Lottery Receipts

szrek2solution press release
Szrek’s latest patent is for a method to secure and validate the authenticity of both paper and electronic lottery tickets. Ticket security is ensured by using time-stamping technology in the generation of a unique code recorded on all tickets and independently verified to authenticate the tickets.

To quote from the press release:

“The patented methodology is applied in Szrek’s trusted ticket, a product belonging to Szrek2Solutions’ Trusted Product Suite. Trusted Ticket allows lotteries to validate the authenticity of printed and electronic tickets independently of the gaming system and lottery terminal vendors. This secure and high-performance solution supports all types of terminals and includes B2B environments. Ticket verification can be done manually on an independent system or automatically – it can be integrated with the gaming system’s claim processing for real-time ticket verification.”

when I play I trust

Trusted Ticket implementation takes advantage of Szrek’s Trusted Product Suite platform, using a tamper proof HSM for time-stamping and other cryptographic algorithms. Tickets are verified on the Trusted Audit™ system, and the technology can be used to service one or more lotteries simultaneously. Szrek2Solutions’ Product Suite includes Trusted Transaction™, which is used by lotteries to secure bets before a draw, in combination with Trusted Draw™ and Trusted Audit™ products. It also includes Trusted Play™, a high performance RNG server for generating outcomes for e-instant games and multiplayer games.
