Irena holds a MS in Math and Computer Science from Warsaw University, Poland. Irena is a software executive experienced in managing international product development. She is skilled in developing implementation plans, delivering quality products, forming and leading cross-functional teams, providing customer satisfaction and designing new or improvement processes.

For 21 years Irena held senior technical and management positions in GTECH Corporation, where she introduced innovative products to market, created effective product lifecycle processes, organized and managed international software product development, project delivery and software support teams.

Irena cofounded Szrek2Solutions together with Walter Szrek and coauthored several patents related to verifiable random numbers, securing transactions and tickets. As the managing director of Szrek2Solutions, Irena oversees business development, R&D, and customer deliveries. Irena watches over customer implementations and works with the technical team to ensure that the requirements of each lottery are clearly understood and implemented such that outcomes meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
